We have switched to homemade noodles from Noodle Shop Sou.
There is a ticket vending machine as soon as you enter the store. There are four types of ramen on the menu: ``Soy sauce'', ``Shiro (salt ramen)'', ``Aka (tomato ramen)'', and ``Kuro (a ramen version of meat udon?)''.
This time I ordered "Ume Shiro" which is Shiro's plum topping. Also included is a great value lunch gyoza set 👉
When I handed my ticket to the staff, water was already prepared at my seat!
It was served within a few minutes.
The rich aroma of chicken and the beautiful clear soup will whet your appetite 😋
The soup is made with chicken bones, salt sauce, and chicken oil for a light taste.
The plum is topped with it, making it even more refreshing and delicious!
The homemade noodles are straight noodles that don't stretch easily and are impressively chewy.
Char siu is also made from chicken breast, so it's healthy.
This ramen seems to be especially popular with women!
Next time I would like to try homemade noodles with a different soup.

のぉくれの2号店に「自家製麺」の幟があるよ！と聞いて久しぶりに訪問😋
麺屋棣鄂から自家製麺に切り替わっています。
店内に入るとすぐに券売機があります。
ラーメンメニューは、「しょうゆ」「しろ（塩ラーメン）」「あか（トマトラーメン）」「くろ（肉うどんのラーメン版？」の4種類。
今回はしろの梅トッピングである「梅しろ」をオーダー。
お得なランチの餃子セットも一緒にポチり👉
チケットを店員さんに渡すと既に席にはお水まで用意されていました！
数分で配膳されました。
鶏の芳醇な香りと透き通った美しいスープが食欲をそそります😋
スープは鶏ガラと塩ダレに鶏油をあわせたアッサリした味に仕上がっています。
そこに梅がトッピングされ更にサッパリして美味しい！
自家製麺は伸びにくいストレート麺でコシの強さが印象的。
チャーシューも鶏胸肉なのでヘルシーですね✨
女性に特に人気がありそうなラーメンでした！
次は違うスープで自家製麺を楽しみたいと思いました。
