「Ramen」@ラーメン二郎 神田神保町店の写真I haven't eaten all Jiro but so far, where is the best of all? It is hard question but I will say Jinbocho is one of the top class to say it "best" How they treat vegi, balance of soup and noodle. Everything is top class. There are no claiming what is "wrong". It is just each signeficant taste of which one do I like or do you like.
