I had wanted to visit here for a while now since I live relatively close by, and I finally got the chance today, and I'm really glad that I did.
There was about 10 people in the line when I arrived, so I had to wait around 20-30 minutes before I was seated, which isn't bad. Luckily it wasn't too cold.
The system works so that when the person(s) waiting inside are seated, make your way to the ticket machine, purchase your ticket and then stand in front of the refrigerator to be seated.
The ワンタン麵 was absolutely to die for, the flavors are light and flavorful, it's almost akin to something you might find in an udon or soba shop. The noodles themselves are house made and were delicious, with the perfect amount of bounce in each bite.
All in all one of the best bowls that I've had in Tokyo, and it's not just me, the shop was in the Michelin guide in 2021 and has been one of Tabelogs 100 Shops to visit for at least 3 years now.
