This was amazing ramen, some of my very favorite in Kashihara (橿原市). The broth was really amazing. In my opinion, what made the broth extra special was that it was perfectly seasoned and not too salty (a common problem with some ramen I think!). Even though the soup was thick, it was not too thick and tasted very fresh thanks to the greens and raw onion included in the ramen. I really enjoyed this ramen and will be back soon I hope!
