I lived in Japan for a time and became somewhat of a foodie, there. It was as good as I remember in Japan. Absolutely authentic. I will say that the Kotteri ramen is a must if it is your first time here. Extremely flavorful with rich stock. The broth is nice and thick. I always order the Kotteri and never fail to finish the whole bowl soup included. I'm looking forward to returning even though I live thousands of miles away.
