Shin might become best ramen shop around this area. It is not yet and there are so many others so hard to say but limited menus here attracts so many people. This miso ramen is quite a piece. I love how shrimp tastes and sweetness of soup is just gets my heart. Also rice matches with soup very much. Especially I love the balance of soup and noodle. Too but I cannot get taste this few times in year.
